This Is an Instructional Blog on Everything that has to do with being Vegan/ Vegetarian, loving the environment, loving your body and loving the animals. So in this blog we’ll be talking about Recipes, Fashion (that doesn’t involve killing animals) MEATLESS MEAT and the environment and why people become vegan and how you can save 50 kids from dying of hunger, save a full acre of threes, get back your health and say good-bye to pills and save 250THOUSAND animals BY EATING!!!! :D JUST EATING!!!!

HOLA! Bienvenidos a MY VEGAN WORLD!!!
En este blog estaremos hablando sobre todo lo que involucra una vida vegetariana; desde recetas, ropa, dulces y cremas hasta como salvamos el planeta y ahorramos dinero siendo VEGAN!! Así que Aventúrate Junto a MI y descubre como tu también puedes salvar a 50 niños de morir de hambre, a tu cuerpo de enfermedades y medicamentos, a un acre de arboles y a 250MIL animales anualmente CON SOLO COMER!!!
Corn Spaghetti with Vegan Beef. Be Italian! 
Ingredients: 
1- Corn Spaghetti ( I use Organic) 
2- Vegan Beef ( I use dry vegan beef you can find it in any health food store for 3.95 a whole bag) 
3- 1/4 Onios
4- 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper 
5- 1 Clove of Garlic
6- Badia (remember to swear on Badia) 
7- Marinada Sauce ( I used Organic for today, but you can buy any kind) 
For the Salad:
1- I made my sepcial Dressing (will get back to you on that one) 
2- Greek Lettuce 
3- Avocado (I’m going through an Avocado phase…)
Recipe: (the easiest one yet) 
1- Cook the Spaghetti the same way you would normally cook them
2- If you are going to use the dry meat put the amount desired on a sauce pan with the same amount of water. Let it sit for 30 minutes  (the night before or in the morning)
3- Cook it with all the ingredients left in the lowest fire possible and stir. Duration 15 min. 
4- Let’s Eat! Enjoy!

I went to Walmart… (YES WAL-MART) because one of my readers said she wanted to become vegan, but she was on a budget. So, I went there and I bought the “Plantilla” (soft taco) of Tomato & Basil (which is delicious) and I also bought one of Spinach and Herbs (which I haven’t tried), I bought Regular Marinade Sauce (the biggest jar) and Refrito and I spent 10 dollars. 
Then, I  went home and I didn’t had any vegan beef. So I used my delicious Vegan Burgers and I began my Quest into the unknown. So this is My RECIPE!!!! Hope You Enjoy It!!! :) 
Ingredients: 
1- Soft Taco Tomato and Basil pack of 8 ($3.44) I also bought the Spinach one… 
2- Salsa Ragu The Big One (2.98) 
3- Two Cans of “Refrito” mashed beans (1.14)
4- Vegan Burgers wich was already on My Vegan Kitchen
5-1/2 White Onions
6- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
7- Badia- (I SWEAR BY IT)
Salad : Lettuce, Tomatoes and Avocado… That’s it!! And I put some “refito” on top YUMMEEERRRRSSS!!!!! 
Recipe: 
1- You put the Vegan Burgers (one per person) in a frying pan with Earth Balance Butter and you sprinkle Badia on it (the way you would with any other seasoning) and you pour on top the cut Onions and the red Peppers and you let it cook (in low) for about 10 minutes. 
2- You Get the “Refrito” out of the can and into a sauce pan in Low  should take about      3-4 minutes) 
3 You get the soft tacos and you heat them on a frying pan with as little fire as possible for about 4 minutes. 
4- You Eat! THAT’S IT! IT SHOULD TAKE YOU ABOUT 12 MINUTES TO COOK AND  PREPARE AND YOU STILL EAT HEALTHIER WITH FANTASTIC TASTE AND WITHOUT COMPROMISING  YOUR POCKET :) XOXO

Now This is Such a Fun Craft!!! How about we get those useless Veganisse (Vegan Mayo) jars and we make something fun a pretty!! This is a Must Try for the weekend… We ought to try it with black pebbles. It Should be an interesting contrast in a beige bathroom, plus it relaxes you… doesn’t it??
