Corn Spaghetti with Vegan Beef. Be Italian!
Ingredients:
1- Corn Spaghetti ( I use Organic)
2- Vegan Beef ( I use dry vegan beef you can find it in any health food store for 3.95 a whole bag)
3- 1/4 Onios
4- 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper
5- 1 Clove of Garlic
6- Badia (remember to swear on Badia)
7- Marinada Sauce ( I used Organic for today, but you can buy any kind)
For the Salad:
1- I made my sepcial Dressing (will get back to you on that one)
2- Greek Lettuce
3- Avocado (I’m going through an Avocado phase…)
Recipe: (the easiest one yet)
1- Cook the Spaghetti the same way you would normally cook them
2- If you are going to use the dry meat put the amount desired on a sauce pan with the same amount of water. Let it sit for 30 minutes (the night before or in the morning)
3- Cook it with all the ingredients left in the lowest fire possible and stir. Duration 15 min.
